I recently received an email from WBGH informing me about their Forum Network which “offers free, online access to more than 2,500 audio and video lectures by some of the world’s leading authors, artists, scientists, policymakers and historians.” Check out this talk by MIchio Kaku on String Theory.

I love free lectures like this. I think MIT and Berkeley provide lots of free lectures, sometimes for entire courses. I know you can also get some interesting stuff through Annenberg’s websites, like the entire TV series “French in Action” (sometimes considered controversial for the way the female lead actor was presented): http://www.learner.org/resources/series83.html
