Everybody’s laughing about this poll but it looks accurate to me! According to the official figures, voter turnout in Texas in the last presidential election was 46% of the voting-age population. So 44% seems like a reasonable guess for this year.

YES for who and NO for who??? Of course, blacks legally vote twice.
Even if voter turnout is 46% again this year, there will likely be enough support for third-party candidates that the combined Obama/ Romney vote would not exceed 44% of the total.
Im not sure why but I cant stop snickering at that. I just have to wonder, how many people had to not notice the problem in order for it to go out like this?
