Things are picking up in “Tripoli today”:http://www.nytimes.com/2011/08/21/world/africa/21libya.html?partner=rss&emc=rss, and it is looking increasingly likely that the Qadaffi regime may fall shortly. I personally have no idea, but would be interested in input from any political scientists with commentary on the topic.
